Read More to go nurse him in the middle of the day for the first few months, and they always kept me posted on the app with updates, pictures, and messages. He’s on his third room now, and each set of teachers has been lovely. When I have had concerns, the director was responsive and staff were always willing to work with us. Everyone is flexible and kind, and even staff that are not in my child’s room know his name and say hi. He loves all of the crafts and fun activities, and we are so pleased to have Carepointe as part of our team!

This was my daughter's first year attending Carepointe and she did so as a school aged summer camp attendee. I was concerned due to reviews being not-so-nice. Since my child... Read More is school-aged she is more than capable of telling me if there were things she felt unsafe about. Our tour was with Madison in the spring of 2025, she was super lovely, full of information, and her children attend CPA. I emailed her and Tonya 50-million emails and never once did I feel they were annoyed. Communication is easy: through their app, email, or even just when you pick up or drop off. PROS Hours and cost are amazing and better than most places. They take trips (almost daily) so the kids are not just sitting around doing "nothing". Teachers are personable and are willing to help a struggling child (mine was nervous to attend the local swimming pool-a teacher was with her the whole time encouraging her while they swam). The center is clean, during pickup I see each room being wiped, mopped, and sanitized. They provide all snacks and lunches. The doors are locked at all times and you have to be buzzed in. They have a big gym, my daughter found her love of volleyball. Thanks, Miss Anna. CONS They provide all snacks and lunches... So if your child is picky this may be more difficult for them. Their play area is small and mostly for younger children that attend their school/daycare program. Now, on to Miss Tonya: I've interacted with her plenty of times and never got a vibe that she is rude, racist, or condescending. She has been called out many times on reviews for these things and in my interactions or being around when she was interacting with others I never witnessed this. My daughter wants to come back!!

Carepoint Academy has been a blessing for our family! Knowing our little one is in good hands and not far from where I work has made my transition back to... Read More work much more bearable. I really like that the teachers go with the flow of the babies schedules. And that the babies, even though small, are given time to interact together. They sing, read books, and have lots of play time... All so important for their development! I love the brightwheel app they use. It tracks when children are fed, diaper changes, parents can chat back and forth with teachers and administration, and pictures can be posted of my little one. This is our first experience in daycare. I'm thankful we could choose Carepoint Academy!

Read More camp is amazing the kids going on a field trip almost everyday and pools on Friday at no extra cost to parents unless it’s included in tuition . Other than that occasional germs and biting staff do a good job and stop the toddlers from hurting each other .
